Inventory for multiple caracters

Hi Adam,

I would like to use your script for a team of four caracters, is there a simple way to do it?

I am assuming you mean 4 concurrent characters in the same not-multiplayer game.

Like a game where you can control 4 characters in the dungeon, each with it's own inventory...

It's possible... but not immediately trivial.

As this is simply a core system and it's meant to be modified by the user, this system would be a good place to start. You'd need to have 4 inventories and 4 equipped lists and some sort of wrapper that knew which of your 4 characters you were focused on and then when adding items to the inventory or equipping items. It would take some work, but I can't see any immediate reason why you couldn't...

How much experience have you had with coding?

Adam,

Thanks for your answer, you understood exactly what I meant.

My experience begins with the game I'm creating on Unity 3D, it means absolutely no one.

But I was able to generate an IA starting on the A* pathfinding source, so for me nothing is impossible today ;-)

I will work on it, and thanks for your help.
